The domain www.gokugroup.com, hereinafter "website," is registered under the name of Neo Ingeniería y Ocio, S.L., with its registered office at Avda. Castelao N51 5D, 36209, Vigo (Pontevedra) and VAT number B27721695.

Additionally, this website is also operated by GoKu Manufacturing, S.L., as part of the corporate group GoKu Group, which includes Neo Ingeniería y Ocio, S.L. and GoKu Manufacturing, S.L.. Both companies share the operational address at Rúa Severino Cobas N98, 36214, Vigo (Pontevedra).

I.- Users;

Access to and/or use of the website www.gokugroup.com grants the status of user to whoever performs it, accepting, from that very moment, fully and without reservation, these general conditions, as well as the specific conditions that, where applicable, complement, modify, or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and content of the website.

II. Use of the Website, its services, and content:

The user undertakes to use the website and its services and content without violating current legislation, good faith, generally accepted practices, and public order.

The following are prohibited:

The OWNER does not provide any guarantees and shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise from:

• The lack of usefulness, suitability, or validity of the website and/or its services or content to meet users' needs, activities, or specific results or expectations.

The duration of the provision of the website's service and its services is indefinite.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the website's service or any of its services, under the terms set out in the third condition.

VII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Neo Ingeniería y Ocio, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the user's domicile for any disputes that may arise or actions exercised related to the provision of the website's service and its content and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance with the provisions herein.

In the event that the user has their domicile outside Spain, Neo Ingeniería y Ocio, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vigo.

USE OF COOKIES

The WEBSITE may use cookies when a USER browses the WEBSITE's sites and pages. The cookies used by the WEBSITE are only associated with an anonymous USER and their computer and do not, by themselves, provide the USER's name and surname. Thanks to cookies, it is possible to recognize registered USERS after they have registered for the first time, without needing to register on each visit to access areas and services exclusively reserved for them. The cookies used cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other providers. USER identification data is encrypted for added security.

In accordance with the Information Society Services Law 34/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility of ceasing to receive commercial information within a maximum period of 10 days from the moment they communicate their request via email to info@gokugroup.com.
